Rare set of two vintage Vander Cruyssen's extra pepermunt snuif deynze snuff tins. These were peppermint Snuff advertising tins for Van Der Cruyssens' "Extra Pepermunt-Snuif ". While we found these in France this is a Dutch product and registered brand. The tins are both oval and they both have lift off tops. The large measures 3" tall, 2 7/8" by 1 1/2" and the small measures 2.5" tall, 2.25" x 1.25". Both tops are marked EISCHT V.D.C. Pepermunt-Snuif. Van Der Cruyssens was actually a Dutch company that packaged tobacco products back in "the day". The art deco border offsets graphics on all sides of the tin container.
