Beautiful Antique french sewing case with crane scissors and thimble circa early 1900's. I absolutely love this sewing case. It has a blue/green exterior with a pink interior. Inside on the bottom of the carse there are two pairs of crane scissors and a thimble. On the lid of the case is a small mirror set into the pink textile in a decorative pattern around the mirror.. The case is in the shape of a heart and has the two original working clasps.
The case measures 6" x 4" x 1.25"
This is a darling original piece in fantastic condition. We purchased this case from a sewers private collection in Provence along with a large collection of threads, notions and textiles.
