Extremely rare brass Victorian 9 seal wheel spinner seals with motto-inspired intaglios around the wheel and one more seal on each side. This makes a total of 9 individual seals. This beautiful antique seal wheel dates from the early 1800's. It is in excellent condition with all the original seals including a black agate on one side and a grid pattern on the other. The black agate seal has a sailing ship on it. The seals are as follows:
"LOVE FAITH" with a hand and heart.
"Such Is Life" with a sailing ship.
"Faithful" with a dog.
"Silent" with a bee.
"While I Live I'll Crow" with a rooster.
"God Gives Us" with a cornucopia.
"By Honesty" with a man in the world.
It is rare to find these in this mint shape and condition. You could keep it as it is or use it as a pendant by adding a tiny loop in between two of the wheels, this can be done by any professional jeweler.
