Beautiful antique Georgian rolled gold fob seal pendant. This is a stunning piece. The seal features a flying bird carrying a letter in its beak. Above the bird are the words "REPONDEZ VITE" which means respond quickly in French. The rolled gold material and yellow stone and motto make for a timeless combination. I purchased this piece as part of a private collector's collection. This antique Georgian seal is a true gem for both collectors and antique jewelry enthusiasts. It is about .50" wide x .70 long and .75" tall with the ring at the top. This piece is in wonderful condition, given its age of 200 years. It is perfect to use and wear on a chain as a pendant.
