Small antique red box from France. This is made of thick paper stapled together. The box is papered in red with the label on the front "Moule Couleur", which translates to "Mold Color". Clearly, this was a box that held some sort of red-dye colored. Now it holds bits of ephemera. I am dating this box back to the 1800s. It is an excellent box for storage and display. Perfect for journaling and scrapbook supplies, too. It measures 7" x 5.25" x 3.5".
