Lovely antique French porcelain bisque flowers. These came to me in a larger collection of decorative items and "craft" items, including another box of velvet and cloth flowers. These date to the mid-1800s and were most likely used in a Napoleon III Bridal globe. I myself have never had a complete bridal globe with all the trimmings, but I do have all the pieces and parts to put them together. However, these large porcelain flowers are hard to come by. The flowers will vary in size, with some having long wires and the original leaves still attached. It is shocking how these have survived, but based on the way they came to me, I assume that someone was the creator of bridal globes.
