Rare and beautiful Georgian gilt metal fob/seal pendant with the motto "Depechez Vous" - "Hurry Up" circa 1820's. The gemstone is a blue green mounted in a gilt metal stem with a loop on the top for a hanging. This seal is adorned with the words "Depechez Vous" or "Hurry Up" and sits around and over a cherub with an arrow chasing a heart with wings. There is an ornate stem and at the at the top there is a hole through which a necklace can pass, to be worn around the neck. This is a beautiful antique seal pendant. This is a true gem for both collectors and antique jewelry enthusiasts. It is approximately .40" wide and about .50" long and sits at about 1" tall. This piece is in wonderful condition given its age and it truly is a rare find. It is in great condition.
