This is a beautiful silver 19th-century Italian embossed and chiseled metal ex-voto. It is a stunning piece of religious art. This ex-voto measures 5.75" long by 3.25" wide. It has the silver initials in the center. It depicts a sacred heart and the letters GR for "grace received". This is a handmade piece from that era, which would have been an offering to a saint in fulfillment of a vow made "giving thanks" for "miracles received".
