Original 1800s French miniature traveling icon. Dark with age, this onyx-based piece features a silver metal statue on top. At the base of the statue is the inscription ND LOURDES. This is not a reproduction. Standing at 2.5" tall and a base diameter of .75", this is a wonderful piece of history. Soldiers used to carry these types of shrines in their pockets during the Great War.
