Antique 1800s French leather letter box with brass fittings. The interior is lined with green fabric. This beautiful antique French leather stationary desk box has gold gilt accents, the original brass closure (no key), and the original green damask lining. Lovely toolwork accents the exterior and interior edges. There are three interior compartments. This is a gorgeous 1800s piece. It measures 10.5" in length by 5.25" in depth, 7.5" in height at the back, and is slanted toward the front. This desk has a lovely timeworn patina from natural use. It has been well cared for for its age and would make a stunning addition to any decor.
