This stunningly beautiful Madonna and Child piece came to us from France, but I believe it is from Italy. The Madonna and Child are framed in an ornate 3.2" gilded frame. The back of this piece was recovered in an old French newspaper, and I did not remove it to see what was underneath. The original hanger is on the back and is intact. It is a beautiful piece to add to a collection or to include in a vignette. This is a unique piece to keep in your collection.
