Found in France: lace trims. I have these listed as "curated lots" or "curated bundles"; I hope they inspire people in their sewing projects and home decorating. Over the years, I have collected the laces and trims from our French boxes. Having attended the Needlework show in Nashville since 2023, I have been inspired by everything I have seen and by the attention to detail that goes into each handmade piece. What I have here to offer is a unique, one-of-a-kind surprise bundle of French antique and vintage laces. I have an assortment of so many different ones, but I will only list them here, as they take some time to measure and curate. Each curated collection has at least 8 yards of trim, which can be used for many things. Each purchase will include a minimum of 10 different patterns, varying in width. These are made of different fabrics, but most are cotton or linen. Some are white, and some are off-white, possibly due to age or staining. Remember these are NOT NEW. These are all vintage and antique pieces from France. Each curated collection might contain embroidered eyelet trim, tatting, or even guipure. Guipure is a heavier lace with embroidered motifs held together by large connecting stitches. While most of these are usable lengths, some smaller pieces can be used for slow stitching. I just never know what I will get from one French shipment to the next, which is why each bundle has to be curated one at a time. Each bundle will contain approximately 8 yards of various lengths, widths, and patterns. While what you see is part of the collection, each bundle is selected by me and is unique.
