It represents Notre Dame of Lourdes the immaculée conception on one side, and the diocese of Limoges on the other side. This medal it was awarded on the occasion of a pilgrimage to Lourdes by the diocese of Limoges (Haute-Vienne). Both of these are in fabulous condition for antiquities, However they do need a good cleaning. This is a silvered medal meaning it is silver over another metal.
