Beautiful vintage wooden box From France. This is a great piece in fantastic condition. I can see no cracks, dings, or dents, and the lid is securely hinged. The metal closing mechanism is in perfect working order and just needs a small lock. The bottom is lined with old blue paper and script. It measures 10" wide x 6" deep and 4" tall.
There are a lot of storage as well as display possibilities with this piece. I am not sure what it originally held but I know it can hold a lot. I put a bunch of antique buttons in it. Buttons are not included. Purchased in Lyon, France.
