Lovely antique time worn French gilt frame. This is a wonderful frame from the very early 1800's. It is a beautifully stylized decorative piece. This piece measures 12" wide x 9.5" tall although it can be turned in either direction. The inner rectangle opening measures 8.75" x 6.75". There is a cord n the back of the frame held in place by two eye hooks. This is a lovely piece in what I would say is in fair condition given it's age of 200 years.
