One-of-a-kind antique French box made of heavy paper board and wallpaper. Found in Provence France. The box is adorned with large floral wallpaper and the inside is lined with an old French newspaper from the early 1900's. The newspaper has some writing on it. The bottom has a "No 1" sticker on it and some script writing that says "A Winter's Morning". This would be beautiful atop a dresser or desk as a catch-all and would look lovely in a stack. I see endless possibilities here. This papered box measures 11" x 6.25" x 3". It is in good antique condition although there is very minor wear commensurate with age, time, and use.
