A charming antique French J. Thiriez Pere & Fils thread or a string box with a hole in the lid. A lot of the chinois spools fit in here as well as many others. This is an advertising piece we purchased in France circa early 1900's. I love the black label on it. This piece measure 1.75" x 1.5". Thread not included.
