The beautiful purple amethyst gemstone is the highlight of this antique item, and it's perfect for those who appreciate the intricate style of the Georgian era. It is .50" in diameter and about .75 tall. I can see a small amount of wear around one side of the stone which in no way hinders the motto. Given its age of almost 185 years, this is a fantastic piece with a rare motto.
