Found in Provence is this lovely writing desk set. Beautifully patina'd silver metal, this four pc set is terrific. The letter opener and nob container are all bakelite. The seal has the initial "B" on it. The pencil holder still has a pencil in it and opens and closes without issue. There is one nib in the quill, which I added from my collection. These are all presented in their original fitted case—brown exteriors with yellow velvet interiors and brass closures. I can see no makers' marks, but it did come from France. The case is approximately 8" long, 3.4" wide, and sits at 1.2" tall. The condition for age is excellent, with very little wear.
