Darling little antique French silver plated catholic triptych chapel. This is a travel icon frame that opens up to reveal a paper from N.S. de Montserrat. Our Lady of Montserrat, or the Virgin of Montserrat, is a Marian title associated with a statue of the Madonna and Child venerated at the Santa Maria de Montserrat Monastery. The paper behind the doors can be replaced with another paper, a medal, or a picture. You simply pull the paper out of the holder in the back to replace it. There is an easel stand on the back so the frame can sit on it. The frame is in the shape of a cathedral, with an embossed cross on the doors. It measures 3.5" x 2.25". These are often hard to find. Perfect for the collector of religious art decor, and it makes a perfect religious gift.
