What a gorgeous antique French paint box. The box opens to reveal several compartments filled with art supplies. The box itself is in SUPURB condition with all of its latches and hinges in place. I can see no issues with the box whatsoever. The paints are still squishy so that they can be used. I didn't open them up. The original paint palette is also in the box.
This is a lovely decorative piece. The contents are as pictured. I consider this a superb find.
