Antique French ormolu and chandelier crystal ornaments/wall art. There is something about getting the opportunity to bring old findings back to life, and this is true of these miscellaneous French pieces. The ormolu was originally slated for furniture, and the Crystal prisms were once part of a chandelier and include all the original wire. The intaglios we cast by me using original intaglios from the Monahan Papers library collection. I then re-cast them in a pale indigo dye and each one has been painted with 24ct gold. I used our aged ribbon on the top of each piece for hanging like an ornament, or the ribbon can be removed to reveal the original hole so the piece can be hung with a small nail. Each piece is unique and one of a kind.
