Beautiful antique original miniature signed botanical painting. The painting is in the original wood frame, complete with glass showing no damage. The flowers are lovely. The frame is gilt wood with an additional inner frame that is black with tiny scroll work. The back is firmly in place with nails, so I could not open the piece to examine it more closely. The sticker is on the back, but I cannot read it. The original brass picture hanger is in place and intact. Overall dimensions are 4.25" x 6.25" x .75". The Painting is in excellent condition. I can't be sure, but I would say this is circa late mid to late 1800's.
