A Beautiful vintage souvenir from Lourdes. This is a devotional piece of Bernadette and Mary made of pewter on blue velvet. The back is blue velvet, and at one time, a stand with a blue ribbon was attached, allowing this piece to sit. This can be easily repaired or replaced. The original triangle hanger is intact. Measuring 3" long, with the hanging ring included, and 2" wide.
This scene presents the famed conversations held between the young teenage peasant girl and the Virgin over many years. In the final conversation, the Virgin says to Bernadette, "Je suis l'immaculée." I am the Immaculate one.
