Antique French 1920s - 1930s ledger/notebook. This is a green and black pasteboard notebook with a black binding. The upper right corner of the book is missing. It is filled with written pages. The name Frederic Mistral is on the inside cover, along with the period dates for which the book is relevant. Lycée is written above the name. In France, a lycée (pronounced [lise]) is a secondary school that students attend from ages 15 to 18. It's essentially the French equivalent of high school. This book came to me with many French ledgers and notebooks. The bindings are firm and intact. There is so much that can be done with this paper. It would make a GREAT journal or scrapbook. This is perfect for crafting a wide range of items. Unlimited possibilities. Keep it as it is, or take it apart. This notebook measures 8" x 10.5".
