Antique French heart-shaped memorial marker. These plaques are often found on graves in cemeteries such as Pere Lachaise in Paris. A poignant remembrance for a loved one. This marker is convex. There is some minor wear around the edges, along with some paint remnants, as well as rust on the back. Time and the sun have faded this piece. However, for antiques of this nature, left to the elements, it is in good condition despite the fading characters. This heart is made of baked porcelain over iron and measures 7" tall and 7" wide.
