1700's antique French gilded quilling art or 'paperolles' hanging relic. This is a wall hanging reliquary with a glass front. The glass is intact and in place.  The central image in the relic is the cross and the crucifiction of Christ. Below Christ's arms are two relics. The relic on the left is St Magdeleine and the one on the right is St Maximin. There is also an additional enscription without a relic below the stand of the cross for Adnes-Dei.  The left arm appears to have separated at the upper arm but the pieces are intact and not loose. I can see no other issues inside the relic. The back is papered in blue paste paper and does show worn spots but given it's age of 200 plus years I am ot surprised.  At the top of the back is a metal ring for hanging.

Maximinus is venerated as St Maximin a name shared by the 3rd-century Maximin of Trier and the 1st-century martyr, Maximinus of Aix, whom medieval legend conflated with the later Maximin; the conflated Maximin was added in the discussed medieval period to earlier lists of the Seventy Disciples.
