Beautiful antique French gilt-framed botanical painting. This is a lovely oil painting of pink blooms in a vase. The painting is displayed in a gilt original wooden frame. The panel is held in place with nails. The hanger on the back is an eyehook, but there is an additional eyehook taped to the frame, so I am sure these were once used with a cord between them to hang the frame. Overall dimensions are 11.65" x 10" x .60". The unsigned painting is in lovely condition, with wear to the frame. This painting is unsigned and dates to the late 1800s.
