Antique French floral still life oil painting painted on a thin board. The painting heavily reflects the influence of 19th-century French School works. Because the signature is written in English ("Amy H. Spencer"), this piece was likely created by an expatriate English or American artist studying and working in France during the late 19th or early 20th century.
