A beautiful panel of antique French cretonne unglazed cotton, circa 1880. This printed cotton has an unusual back weave. An Eau de Nil background is strong and perfect for any period projects, including upholstery. Cretonne is a heavy cotton fabric, typically with a floral pattern printed on one or both sides, that is often used for upholstery. This panel measures 33" wide and 43" long. It features a beautiful cream base and is adorned with florals.
