A beautiful panel of antique French cretonne unglazed cotton, circa 1910. There is a fabulous small darn (see pics) that captures a moment in time. The remainder of the fabric is strong. Cretonne is a heavy cotton fabric, typically with a floral pattern printed on one or both sides, that is often used for upholstery. This panel measures 33" wide and 74" long. It has a beautiful, deep cranberry base and is covered in florals.
