This is an original antique Italian silver communion box with a rosary by way of France. The rosary consists of silver beads, a silver-tone cross, and a silver medallion heart. The round box is silver. The exterior and interior are silver. It has "Ricordo del Roma" inscribed on the back. There is a loop on the top, and this box can be worn as a pendant or charm. The box, of course, can be used for a rosary as it was intended, but it can also be used for other things, like a pill box. The box shows signs of age and devotional related wear. The rosary is in MINT condition.
