Beautiful Georgian carved carnelian monograms we found in France. These were part of a collection we were able to purchase. Monograms like these were once used in making necklaces, fobs, and signet rings. They are assorted carnelian monogram initial intaglio seals circa 1820. They came in round and rectangular shapes with different fonts on them depending on personal taste. These wonderful antique gems would make a perfect gift or addition to any collection.
