Antique French 1800s beaded pin cushion. This beautiful, highly decorative cushion was found in Normandy, France. The front of the cushion is a soft red crushed red velvet with clear and milk glass beads. The back is blue silk. This is a stunning piece of workmanship and is in great condition given its age of over 150 years. It is heavily encrusted with glass beads, and although the velvet has faded and the silk has worn with age, its decorative appeal is timeless. It measures 8" in diameter.
