This is a lovely Antique French book from 1748 with ruffled pages. Perfect for any antique or shabby chic decor. This is a fabulous book In antique condition with signs of wear and tear to be expected given its age of 275 years. The bindings are firm and intact with worm holes which I absolutely love. The pages inside are worn and the edges are completely ruffled. Something else I absolutely LOVE! The book measures 7" x 9.5" and has almost 600 pages which are divided into sections.
This is an original from France. This is not a reproduction. Keep it as it is if you are a collector or take it apart for decoupage, altered art, mixed media and so much more. I have also use these books for wallpaper. One book can be used for so much.
