Beautiful 19th-century French, very fine pure linen. This was used way back when for making handkerchiefs. Sold by the yard, it is unused in its original yardage with a sepia ink label—truly a rare find. Perfect for projects or any textile artist, it is very smooth and tactile. The linen is approximately 20" wide and sold by the yard. There might be a few pale marks that happened during storage, but these will easily launder out. Given the fabric is over 125 years old, I am not surprised.
