Beautiful 1800s SOLID French solid wood architectural pediment. This magnificent piece was most likely part of a larger work of art. It is hand-carved and in fantastic condition. There are three Fleur-De-Lis in the center of this piece surrounded by scrollwork. This delicate wood hand-carved piece was purchased in Provence. It came from a church. It is perfect as a home accent or a unique addition to one's curated collection. This piece can also be used to create an objet d'art. It measures approximately 11" x 10.75" x 2.25" and is a lovely display piece to hang or lean. Antique pieces like these are getting harder and harder to find. I have done nothing to this piece. It is an amazing piece over 150 years old. Sold as found.
