Beautiful antique French red velvet jewelry/sewing box. This velvet boite de bijoux jewelry/sewing box dates to the 1800s. The engraved plaque on the top has the name 'LOUISE' on it. This is a timeworn treasure with a padded and buttoned silk interior in fabulous condition. It measures 7.1" x 5.9" x 2.75".
